Hi, my name is Jamar Collins, and most recently, events has taken shape in my life that only one could fathom. These events was shaped by the tectonic plates of social media clashing with my actions and approach. Okay, I know that last sentence might come off as if I am some type person who become a celebrity over night, well, I am!!

It was crazy to say the least. All this started by me posting a video of myself taking my boy (son) to get his shots. The video displayed me coaching him, trying to detour his focus away for the needle, which looked like missile, and the pain he is about to encounter.

I'm not going to get into much detail, simply because I want you to draw you own conclusion, positive or disagree. But, what I would say with a spray of detail is, that it is seems as if, that fathers get the catch 22 phase in anything that they do. The reason I say that is, because of me telling my son to "be a man" then, tell him to say" Ima Man" - a good portion of the world differs in opinion.

I believe that not enough fathers that are there for their kids, doesn't render enough respect and honor.  So, I would like to open up the dialogue and find out - what makes a good father, why are fathers so important, and if a man tells his son to man up, why is that an issue?
